Hometown Helpers perform at 4-H day

The monthly meeting for the Hometown Helpers was held in the towne hall in Sylvan Grove on February 1, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. The roll call was “what is the most annoying pet at home.” 22 members, two leaders, eight parents and six guests answered the roll call. The Dohl family did a presentation on their pigs. Before our meeting we pracitced our skit for 4-H day.

On February 8, 2020 the members of the Hometown Helpers 4-H club traveled to Beloit to perform at the 2020 4-H day. Events preformed were our club skit-written by members of the club then, demonstrations, illustrated talks, dance performances, readings, and many musical performances. 4-Hers from the five Post Rock District counties also could take part in horticulture judging.
