Mike Schmaderer, Mid-States Energy Works, of Salina, and Kevin Cowan, Gilbert and Bell, of Wichita, were both on hand at the Jan. 9 Lincoln City Council meeting to provide updates on the power plant project. According to the project’s timeline, Schmaderer said a pre-bid meeting was scheduled for Jan. 27,
