Creede Repertory Theatre performs at area schools
Elementary students at Lincoln, Lucas-Sylvan and Tescott grade schools were able to enjoy the Creede Repertory Theatre’s original children’s production “Best Foot Forward” last week. The Young Audience Outreach Tour was underwritten by the Dane G. Hansen Foundation and offered at no cost to the participating schools in NW Kansas.
“Best Foot Forward,” is an original bilingual musical with a variety of music and dance styles that promotes appreciation of differences and reinforces positive behavioral patterns, according to the https://danehansenfoundation.org website. Audience members may have recognized themes including starting the day with a good attitude, being open to learning new things, making good choices, and doing your best no matter what.
