Drought effects felt by communities, farmers in Kansas

When Sylvan Grove City Mayor and farmer Steve Boor steps outside to go to work every morning, he sees fields of wheat and grass-brown, dull and dry from the drought that is currently plaguing the entire Sunflower State. “This wheat isn’t any where it’s supposed to be [right now],” Boor said.
