Fire destroys building at Denmark farm

An electrical spark is being blamed for a Thursday night blaze that destroyed a private grain elevator, containing thousands of bushels of wheat, on a farm north of Denmark last week. At about 7:10 p.m., Denmark rural fire crews were dispatched to a fire at the John and Margaret Wilbeck residence, 1240 E. Union Drive.
