Fly Boy Brewery & Eats Changes Ownership
After six years of ownership, Clay and Linda Haring are excited to announce the sale of their restaurant to Grant Wagner of Bennington, Kan. and Lucas Hass of Salina, Kan., who will assume ownership starting January, 2021.
Wagner, who was Fly Boy’s inaugural chef, is looking forward to returning to the restaurant in this new capacity. Wagner obtained his culinary arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale, Ariz. and experienced great success as a chef in Kansas City before returning to North Central Kansas.
Hass is known for his excellence in barbeque and is a strong advocate for supporting Kansas farmers and ranchers. He is especially excited to continue Fly Boy’s tradition of quality brewing.
