Grace proposes Green Houses for Lincoln development

KSL to pay special assessments on the developable lots

An agreement could be struck as soon as June between a Topeka nursing home consultant and Lincoln city officials to build a proposed senior-living community on the east edge of Lincoln.

The consultant, John Grace, president of Kansas Senior Living, a not-for-profit corporation and owner of GraceTeam, a private consulting firm, wants to build a new senior-living campus on the site of a subdivision Lincoln city officials originally intended to attract new residents through a free lot program.
