Due to restrictions in place to inhibit the spread of COVID-19, the Topeka Capital-Journal is turning its annual Best of Kansas Preps event to an on-demand awards show broadcast. The program will include professional athletes as award presenters including Gary Woodland, Drew Brees, Michael Phelps and many more, for each sport.
