LCEDF to host financial workshop for Historic Properties

Lincoln County Economic Development Director Kelly Larson has organized a workshop for property owners within the areas of Lincoln and Sylvan Grove that are awaiting historic designation. If granted, the historic designation opens up several avenues for funding through historic tax credits and grants to help maintain and improve properties located within these areas.

Kristen Johnston from the Kansas Historical Society who administers the state and federal historic tax credit program will be the presenter at a workshop to be held at the Kyne House Museum, 216 W. Lincoln Ave. in Lincoln on February 18, 2020 at 6:00 p.m.
