Lincoln Art Center art opening on Friday the 13th

“Bell(e)s on Progress” with Linda Ganstrom of Hays, and “In the Fall of Early Light” with L.H. Sven Johnson of Galva opens at the Lincoln Art Center with a Gallery Open House & Exhibit Opening Reception , 5:30-7:30 Friday March 13, 2020. The exhibit is scheduled to run through April 25. A special recognition of Post Rock Community Foundation and the Dane G. Hansen Foundation is also included in the evening.

Working in ceramics for nearly four decades, Linda Ganstrom explores issues relating her personal experiences to big picture questions primarily through figurative ceramics. She has earned three degrees from Fort Hays University in Hays, Kansas, where she is currently a Professor of Art and Design, teaching ceramics. Making, curating, writing, workshops and travel intrigue and connect Linda to the world. Ganstrom has exhibited her work nationwide and has participated in over 250 juried exhibitions.
