Lincoln County Economic Development Foundation director, Kelly Larson, was in attendance at the December 10 Lincoln city council meeting, to provide an update on several on-going projects. Larson is working with consultant Brenda Spencer of Spenser Preservation, Wamego, to determine if Lincoln’s downtown area can be designated as a historical area.
