Post Rock District 4-H boosts director on career path

Nineteen years with Kansas State Research and Extension has only fueled the fire for Lincoln County leader Aliesa Woods, Post Rock District Director and 4-H Youth Development Agent, and she remains passionate about inspiring area youth as she embarks on a new adventure as Regional Local Unit Director.

Woods began her career in Extension in 2000 as the 4-H Youth Development Agent for the Post Rock District, which at the time included only Lincoln and Mitchell counties. Five years later, Osborne and Jewell counties joined the district, and Smith county was added in 2012, to make up the largest district in the state.
