Several events, including the ever-popular porcelain chariot race, are returning to mark this year’s Lincoln Post Rock Festival slated for Sept. 2 in Lincoln. Set to the theme, “Small Town Throw Down,” the annual celebration, which traditionally takes place during Labor Day weekend, spans an entire day filled with activities, competition,
