As Covid-19 cases rise in the area many people are leery of venturing out in public.
While the weather outside is not frightful, snow or no snow, area farmers and ranchers celebrate the season with creativity! Taking advantage of live streaming and social media has proven to be a boost for retailers dealing with COVII) restrictions during 2020. While not their primary business model, the Lincoln Art Center is also a retailer and has recently jumped on board to showcase items in their gift shop.
Patterson Health Mart Pharmacy has returned to curbside service in light of the increase in local Covid-19 cases. The pharmacy will continue to offer free delivery within Lincoln city limits and Sylvan Grove on Tuesdays and Fridays. The pharmacy asks customers to allow for extra time and patience as they do their best to provide quality service.

The Lincoln Senior Center has gone through many changes in the last few months, from facility upgrades to personnel.
USD 298 Board of Education met November 9, 2020 for their regular monthly meeting. Following routine business, Superintendent Scott Crenshaw kicked off the meeting by recognizing Mrs. Shari Pittenger as the Kansas Association of Heath, Physical Education and Dance (KAHPERD) teacher of the year. Pittenger has taught physical education to grades K-12 for more than 30 years in USD 298.
