Richard Ernest Wolting passed away on Nov. 27, 2016 in Lincoln, Kan., at the age of 80. Richard was born to Waldemar and Alberta (Lohmann) Wolting on Oct. 4, 1936 in rural Lincoln County. Richard attended St. John Lutheran School and Lincoln High School, graduating with the class of 1954.
