Norman Howard Bird, a loving dad, brother, and uncle died Wednesday, January 12, 2022. Born to Howard and Ruby Bird, in Lincoln Kansas on December 22, 1933. Norman attended Barnard High School and was a member of the ROTC. Shortly after graduating high school Norman was called up by the US Navy and served in Panama. He spent a few years teaching school in Kansas City and lived for ahile in Oregon.
Michael F. Bishop, 65, passed away January 31, 2022, at his home in Ellsworth, KS. He was born July 23, 1956, in Kansas City, KS to Dean and Imogene (Linder) Bishop.
Steve Hal Lewick, 69, son of Hugh Lewick and Moyne Payne, was born on August 3rd, 1952 in Lincoln, KS and passed away at St. Francis Hospital Wichita, KS from Covid on February 1st, 2022.

Marjorie “Marge” C. Schneider, 88, passed away Saturday, January 22, 2022 in Salina, KS. She was born July 7, 1933 in Lincoln, KS to Glenn and Florence (Kobbemann) Rogers.
Bernice Flaherty Shaffstall, 100, passed away Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at Lincoln Park Manor, Lincoln, KS. She was born July 4, 1921 in Portis, Osborne County, KS to Louis and Stella (Doane) Pottburg.
Evelyn Editha Obermueller (Obenhaus) passed away on January 22, 2022 in Olathe, KS after a long and full life of 94 years. She was born at home in Kress, TX to Adolph and Agnes (Buhrkuhl) Obenhaus on October 29, 1927. Evelyn was the first of five children and grew up on a farm in the panhandle of Texas. She experienced the Dust Bowl and the Great Depression and talked about the fine dust darkening the sky and collecting on the windowsills of their stucco home. Her mother sewed their clothes from material made for flour sacks. Evelyn excelled in school. She won speech competitions and was the valedictorian of her high school class. She went to business school and then worked for a Realtor and land manager.
