Family Traditions

I know it’s hard to believe, but it is already almost Thanksgiving, which means there are really only a few more weeks until Christmas, and it also means if you haven’t started your shopping you are not going to have fun getting done unless you totally enjoy shopping locally, Internet shopping, or large crowds. At any rate, since it is almost Thanksgiving, I got to thinking about some of the Thanksgiving traditions we’ve always observed in our family.

Some families always go to Grandma’s for Thanksgiving. Doesn’t matter which Grandma or where she lives, they go there. Maybe they really do have to go over the river and through the woods. Maybe they only need go a few blocks down the street. Doesn’t matter. They are having Thanksgiving at Grandma’s.
