A hairy ordeal
I got my hair cut the other day. I know that doesn’t sound like a big deal, but it took my locks from shoulder length to ear length, and that’s kind of a big deal. It was also the final liberation of my post-chemo hair growth. Every hair on my head is now untouched by toxic chemicals.
I felt like my hair grew back more slowly this time. It seemed like it was taking years and years to accumulate enough to actually have it cut into something that even slightly resembled a “doo.” It also grew in differently. Very differently.
