Sylvan-Lucas Mustangs defeated by Knights
The Lakeside Knights avenged an earlier loss and defeated Sylvan-Lucas Mustangs 48-35 in the Class 1A Division l Sylvan-Lucas Sub-State Semifinals Thursday evening. Valden Dohl and Lane Homewood each scored nine points for Sylvan-Lucas which ends their season with a record of 17-4 as the Mustangs fall in the Sub-State Semifinals for the second consecutive year. Lincoln falls to #1 ranked Clifton-Clyde
The Lincoln Leopards boys basketball team were defeated by the Clifton-Clyde Eagles 70-26 in Round 2 of the Sub-State Basketball Tournament last week. Baseball/Softball Clinics
Brian Guyett, head softball coach for KWU and Shea Goessmam, assistant baseball coach at KWU were (will be?) facilitators of the program. This is a great opportunity for professional coaches to work with our young athletes. Over 50 players have already signed up for the clinics.
