The Lincoln softball season came to an end May 14 in the first round of the 2-1A Belleville Regional. The Lady Leopards were the fifth seed and faced off with the fourth seed Bennington.
The high school track season is in the final sprint with Regionals in the rearview and State coming up this weekend.

The area track and field teams competed in the Beloit Relays last Friday. The relays are divided in a 4-3A field and 2-1A field with all three area teams competing in the latter division.
On April 23 the Lincoln/Sylvan-Lucas baseball team began the final leg of the regular season at Ellsworth. The Leopards close the regular season with four consecutive road trips.
The Lady Leopard softball team traveled to Cheney on April 26 to begin the road trip that will bring the regular season to an end. Lincoln will be on the road the rest of the season.
The Lincoln/Sylvan-Lucas baseball team hosted Ellis April 17 meeting the Railers for the second time this season. Ellis won the previous game 15-9 and swept the Leopards this past week.
