Harvey Lee “Butch” Roush, Jr

Harvey Lee “Butch” Roush, Jr, of Lincoln, Kansas, passed away on November 9th, 2023, at the age of 77. He was born on December 16, 1945, to Harvey Lee and Elma Marie (Killian) Roush in Ellsworth, Kansas.

He is survived by his three sons, Doug (Jessica Burt) Roush of Edmond, Oklahoma, Tony Roush of Overland Park, Kansas, and Chris (Tara) Roush of Salina, Kansas; daughter-in-law, Melissa Roush of Salina, Kansas; two sisters, Betty Zelenka of Minneapolis, Kansas and Jeannette (Larry) Feldkamp of Sylvan Grove, Kansas; two grandchildren, Logan Roush and Alanna Roush (Derik Kinghorn); and three great-grandchildren, Wyatt Roush, Adler “Addy” Kinghorn, and Amelia “Millie” Kinghorn.

Butch was preceded in death by his brothers, Keith Roush and Gene Wacker; sister, Helen Stephens; grandson, Dylan Roush; special friends, Vernece Cleveland and Kathy Krisher; and parents Elma and Harvey Roush Sr., and Sarah and Frank Wacker.

A funeral service will be held on November 18th, 2023, at 1 PM, at Plumer-Overlease Funeral Home 610 24th Street in Wilson. There will be no visitation. Burial will be at Voss Cemetery in Vesper, followed by a reception at the First Baptist Church in Wilson.
