The Lincoln City Council met Monday, Jan. 11 via GoToMeeting audio call. Representatives from various city-sponsored non-profit organizations provided a recap of their activities during 2020. Joyce Harlow, Director of the Lincoln Art Center, presented the council with a list of planned activities and classes available to the community during 2021.
