Lincoln County Hospital staff recently attended training on new technology available at the hospital, thanks to $35,000 worth of grants from Lincoln County Hospital and Health Care Foundation, the Dane G. Hansen Foundation and the Post Rock Community Foundation.

“We were able to purchase a new defibrillator for our emergency room and a device called an AutoPulse,” Steve Granzow, CEO, Lincoln County Hospital, said. “The AutoPulse is a machine that does the chest compressions in the CardioPulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) of a patient. This frees up our nurses and aides for other life-saving duties.”
