Peggy S. Hull-Martinez

Peggy Sue Hull-Martinez was born in Wichita, Kan., on January 9, 1971, and went to be with the Lord on July 12, 2020 at her home in Wichita, at the age of 49.

She was preceded in death by mother Delores M. Hull and father Billy J. Hull, and sister Jeri L. Underhill and Janice L. Hunter; brother Johnny Hunter, grandson Malachi I. McConkey.

She is survived by her husband of 13 years, Roberto I. Martinez; brother John P. (Linda) McLaughlin, sisters Jackie L. Gourley and Becky Widener; daughters Cassie R. (David) McConkey and Cameron C. (Kendale) Jackson; granddaughters Chloe M. Young, Bethani R. Young and Rosalee S. Jackson; grandsons Kaleb J. McConkey, Ezekiel C. McConkey and Jethro P. McConkey; and many nieces and nephews.

Peggy was a selfless woman that put others needs before her own. If you needed to talk at 2 a.m. she was there. Peggy was a woman of faith and allowed God into her and her family every night with prayers as a family. Peggy loved to spend time with her grandchildren. They were the light of her world, everything she did revolved around her family, especially her grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at The District Church in Wichita, Kan. at 11:00 a.m., Friday, July 17, 2020, 128 S. Martinson St. Wichita, KS 67213.
