Thursday Night Lights

Although this weeks game was moved (due to lack of referees) to Thursday night, there was a great turn out for the Leopard’s first home game. The Lincoln cheerleaders did an amazing job at keeping the crowd entertained. The smell of tacos in the air was a tasty addition to the concessions menu, provided by Citizens State Bank. Everyone was ready for a great game.

Close your eyes. Clear all your thoughts. Now let your imagination take you back to the best high school football experience of your life. Was it when you first walked onto that beautifully manicured green grass to try and lead your team to victory? Was it cheering so loudly that you lost your voice? Was it watching your child grow up before your eyes as they stride down the field celebrating with their teammates? Now open your eyes. Those emotions that you felt; that you thought were only a distant memory; can now be relived every Friday night for the next two months.
